"OTTAWA - Mother Nature is sending us a nasty pre-Halloween trick...Monday afternoon, Environment Canada issued the first winter storm watch of the 2008-2009 season. The storm is likely to hit the Ottawa area late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning."
Say it ain't snow indeed, "likely to hit" they said... it is hitting right now I confirm! Well, it would help if I had listened and gotten my winter tires. Now might be staying in town as I live in the boonies, slick roads already! But as my husband says, "but you love the great white north don't you!" Complaining aside, yes I do. So gear up and enjoy winter it is a-knocking even before trick-or-treating!
